Introduction
Taiwan Resort Hotel Association was founded on the characteristic hotels from around Taiwan in 1991. Each of these hotels is located in the renowned attractions in Taiwan, dedicated in preserving the local environment, community and inheriting the culture. In addition of providing accommodation, we focus on health, education and environmental issues. We welcome any comment and suggestion to improve our facility and service, in order to provide the best service for our guests.
Taiwan is known for the beautiful natural sceneries. The sun, maples, hot spring, and forest are all memorable. Rich in cultural history and local exquisite cuisines, both physically and mentally enjoyable. We recommend a detour to the mountains or to the shores for any business and leisure travel to simply explore the Chinese cultural sensation and folklore tradition. Brief Intro
Consultant: 詹益政 Professor James I. C. ChanIn 1991 when the association was first founded, I was honored to participate. “Leisure” Resorts has only just begun at the time. Fellow acquaintances had a great vision of the industry. We shared experience and progressed. Dedicated ourselves to provide the most characteristic hotel to our guests. Thus we founded Taiwan Resort Hotel Association, to establish a goal and the foundation of hotel management.
Years gone by, after many wise decision and leadership from several former presidents and the dedication from our staffs. We worked, we learned, we grew, we developed prospective, creative, diversified, high quality facilities and services. We promoted the image of Taiwan Resort hotel Association and received approval from the industry. The extraordinary dedication of the association, we thank and bless everyone.

- To assist our member hotels focus on target marketing according to the hotel character.
- 1.Attending International and Taiwan Tourist Exhibition to promote hotel to foreign and local tourist.
- 2.Participate in the China Tourist Exhibition, assist member hotel target China tourists.
- 3.Through association coupons to maintain room sales in weekdays.
- 4.Devote as a team to promote online booking service and lower expenses.
- 5.Collaboration in the same and different industry.
- Establish intact internet information for brand marketing and international reputation. Simplify operation procedure and maintain CRM, lower cost and secure regular customers.
- To adapt to modern age mobile service and free wifi, the association will provide APP for local and foreign customers to search member hotel room availability.
- Assist in improving service quality: by providing regular training, experience sharing and observation opportunity to increase competitiveness.
